Planning

Every successful renovation starts with a clear plan. We aim to help you maximize your home’s potential and your return on investment and that our experience and knowledge saves you time, money, stress and avoids costly mistakes. The decision to renovate is more than just financial, it’s also mental, physical and emotional. During the renovation planning phase, we help you determine your space plan, architectural plans, scope of work, target materials budget, construction cost and timeline. Design

The design planning is the part you’ve been waiting for, the one that makes it worth all the effort in the end. During the design planning phase, we help you select finish materials that are cohesive, beautiful and budget-friendly (or splurge-y) from cabinets, countertops, plumbing and tile to paint, lighting and hardware. Not only that, we also meticulously build the design plan and materials budget, so you know exactly how it will look and how much it will cost. Then we manage the purchase, organization and installation of all those materials for a polished look.

Construction

This is the part where all the hard work and planning starts to pay off. We bring in our trusted team of contractors and trades for the vision to take shape in physical form. During the construction phase, we manage the project to ensure the renovation is moving along on time and on budget by hosting weekly team meetings, providing project plan updates, handling questions and change orders (they happen!).
